Choose the GPX of your event or route. Your browser turns it into a distance-and-elevation profile, the shape of the road, and sends only that together with the numbers you enter below. Where the road is stays on your device: the request has no field for a coordinate.
Nothing of this is written anywhere: no database, no disk, no account, no third party, no AI processing. Our server log notes only that a calculation ran, how many data points it had and how long it took. To keep the tool available we briefly count requests per source address in working memory; the application's counter holds a keyed hash, not the address, and expires within the hour. The request carries no cookie.
It is a calculation on the numbers you entered and the shape of the route. It knows nothing about the wind, the heat, the group you ride in, or how you feel on the day. It is not a promise of a finishing time, not medical advice and not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. The targets are bands to orient yourself by. How you ride is your decision.
